Answers before you ask Broky.
Common questions about country scope, public data, maps, teams and credits.
Why do suggestions change by country?
Broky scopes chat chips, metrics and map actions to the selected/user market. Greece shows Greek permits, auctions and cadastre actions; the US shows DOB, foreclosures and tax-lot actions; Cyprus shows Cyprus-specific signals and parcel actions.
Where does the data come from?
Broky uses public sources such as Greek Diavgeia/e-Άδειες/ΚΗΜΔΗΣ/GEMI, Cyprus registries and covered US public datasets such as NYC DOB, ACRIS, PLUTO and related municipal records. The exact source is shown on each signal where available.
Are signals legal advice or official certificates?
No. Signals are intelligence from public records and should be verified against the original source before legal, investment or operational decisions.
How do team credits work?
A workspace has one billing owner, a package, seats and pooled credits. Team members spend from the shared workspace balance based on their actions.
Can admins disable connectors or categories?
Yes. Admins can enable/disable connectors and hide/show signal categories globally or by area from the admin panel.
Can Broky create reports?
Yes. Ask for Excel, CSV, Word, PDF-style HTML or PowerPoint reports. The generated report is scoped to your current market and the filters in your request.
