Ask Broky for scoped answers like new permits this week, auctions under 100k, compare Marousi and Glyfada, or show the parcel layer. Suggested chips adapt to the selected country.
Files and Library
Uploaded files, generated reports, chart CSVs and metric CSVs are saved locally on this device. The Library keeps recent files searchable, supports favorites, and gives each file a preview plus download action.
Alerts and reports
Broky can create alerts, scheduled monitors, charts and downloadable reports. Reports can be exported as Excel, CSV, Word, PDF-style HTML or PowerPoint.
Teams and billing
Workspaces have roles, seats and pooled credits. Owners and admins invite members; the workspace billing owner controls the package. Team usage spends from the workspace credit pool.
Admin controls
Admins manage connectors, signal visibility, pricing/catalog versions, users, workspaces, roles, credits and operational metrics from the admin panel.
